As a patented product, Iris™ is a sterile and single-use device with scientifically proven efficacy, intended for use as a compressive dressing on arteriovenous puncture sites. Hemostasis is ensured by a patented microperforated adhesive film that acts on blood rheology to accelerate the formation of the platelet plug. Clinical tests proved it reduces bleeding time to 3 minutes in 80% of cases.

The transparent film also protects against accidental blood exposure and allows monitoring of the coagulation process. Once folded down, the soft non-woven part transforms Iris™ into a comfortable end-of-dialysis dressing with reinforced sealing. Iris™ is also suitable for all types of arteriovenous fistulas (AVF).

The efficacy and performance of our microperforated adhesive film is highlighted in a clinical trial, published in "The Journal of Vascular Access", demonstrating the reduction of bleeding at 3 minutes in 82% of patients compared to only 44% when compression is performed with a pad.
